To Rent Equipment:

1. Have an equipment list or a planned vision you wish to achieve. If you are a first-time client, be prepared to provide billing and shipping information
   
2. Call or Email an ACG Project Manager
   
3. Our trained and skilled staff will guide you through the creation of your order, asking all pertinent questions to make sure you get the right equipment for the job. If necessary, we are available for site visits to ensure success.
   
4. Once your order is created, it is considered a QUOTE. Equipment quotes are based on time out, not time used, and range from daily to monthly rates.
   
5. To CONFIRM and reserve the equipment at the price quoted to you, you will need to provide a credit card number. This authorizes the Project Manager to lock the equipment in for the dates you will need it. Failure to confirm the order with a credit card means that the equipment you request may not be available to you when you need it. Rental equipment is allocated on an as-confirmed basis.
   
6. Rental equipment is available for pickup at 10:00 AM on the day of your rental. Payment is due at time of pickup unless you have been approved for terms with us.
   
7. Rental Equipment is due back by 2:00 PM on the day of the return (date as specified on the contract you receive at pick-up). Late returns are subject to late fees.

Delivery and Pickup are available on all orders for a nominal fee.
